Who we are

V/Star offers over 20 years of Architectural and Project Management experience in the Construction Industry in the UK and Abroad.

We have seen the built product happen from every facet of the industry, both as Project Managers and Architects
from pre-planning stage to completion.

Such wealth of experience, learned from the Consultant, Contractor and Property Developer points of views, allows us to advise, lead, and drive any project forward for any stakeholder with passion and efficiency.

We have consulted since our opening in 2019 Residential Property Developers, Private and Commercial Clients alike in the Greater London area and in Europe.

We keep on offering our services in the UK and abroad.

Our Passion

At V/Star we believe good design, efficiency and passion should be applied not only to great Architecture but also to problem solving and construction processes thus making the development of a building happen seamlessly.

Our Clients

At V/Star we work both with private domestic clients and with small to medium size Developers for Residential and Mixed Use, supporting both during the entire journey, with projects from £100K up to £6M budget.

Our knowledge and experience are particularly useful where the client has to go through a learning curve or a project is stuck or going through a difficult phase.

We take our role as Project Manager/Architects at heart.

Our passion is to work alongside the client and the team and bring the project together.

We understand what is needed to deliver a project on time and on budget based on years of experience on the field and on different client expectations.

Our communication and management ethos is based on transparency and efficiency and we maintain an open, hands on, attitude in regards to any stage of the design and of the construction phase.

We offer to our Clients a selected pool of professionals in the industry from Structural Engineers, Interior Designers and Contractors to maintain the highest standard of quality, with a keen eye on cost.

Our Services

V/Star can be appointed at Planning or Construction stage, helping with Building Control and all the way to Practical completion.

Our focus is on managing and successfully coordinating your Design and advising on Procurement and actively participate to Construction phase.

Communication is key to us.

We are very effective in working on distressed projects where there is a need for the stakeholder of an efficient problem solving, no-nonsense hands on approach.

We operate in collaboration with consultants and contractors alike and and in general we can apply our expertise to resolve and smooth out any issue arising during the design and construction phases.
